Huevos Rancheros

Sauté in oil:
chopped garlic and onion

Add:
 3 c diced tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
2 tb chili powder

Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Spoon over poached or fried eggs on toast or a tortilla.
