A
good way to use up overripe bananas that may be languishing in your freezer.
If
you have no bananas on hand, substitute 2 cups of milk.
Mix
together (don’t overmix; just till the dry ingredients are wet) and fill lined
(with cupcake papers) or greased muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated
375F oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
