Cabbage Roll Casserole



1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1-10oz can tomato soup
1 c water
3 tbsp brown or wild rice (or ½ to 1 c cooked rice, and cut water down to ½ c)
3 c coarsely shredded cabbage
grated or sliced cheese

Brown beef, add onions, garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. 
Cook until golden; drain off excess fat.
Add soup, water, rice and mix.
Place cabbage in casserole. 
Pour meat mixture over cabbage, and top with cheese.
Cover and bake for 1 and ½ hours at 325F.

This is so tasty I always double the recipe.
